Aurora Kim Paradisis, RN, BSN, MA, EdD, JD, is the Chief Transformation Officer at Pivot Alternative Dispute Resolution (Pivot ADR). She is an accomplished and transformational leader with a proven track record in overseeing compliance matters, developing, and implementing clinical standards, creating innovative education experiences, and strategically applying legal acumen, to navigate and mitigate liabilities.
As a first-generation college graduate, Dr. Paradisis stands among the elite few, representing less than 1% of individuals globally who have attained four college degrees, including two Doctorate degrees.
Her exceptional achievements have garnered recognition in the fields of healthcare, higher education, and law. Notably, she has been recognized by the NYS Attorney General for Outstanding Service and received accolades for her outstanding Pro Bono Legal Services from the Feinstein Center. Dr. Paradisis has also been distinguished as a Hispanic Star Rising by the We Are All Human Foundation and has served as a delegate to the United Nations.
Actively contributing to legal discourse, Dr. Paradisis holds contributory memberships in organizations such as the New York State Bar Association’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Section, the New York City Bar Association’s Puerto Rico Task Force and Diversity Steering Committee, as well as the Westchester County Bar Association’s Diversity, Alternative Dispute Resolution, and Cannabis Law committees, among others. Dr. Paradisis holds a prominent role within the National Puerto Rican Agenda (NY) as a member of the Board of Directors, as well as the Chairperson of the Advocacy Committee for the Center for Puerto Rican Studies (CentroPR) located at Hunter College.
